Red face Lipoflavinoids & Tinnitus

I have been diagnosed with Tinnitus and have been referred to a hearing center by my family doctor. I haven't gone yet because it wasn't very irritating .... at first!

I am now going to make an appointment and want to do some research first. I have read about Lipoflavinoids and was wondering if anyone has a suggestion on a good quality/best absorbing Lipoflavinoid.

Also information on the best way to take it (it is essentially a vitamin). Empty stomach? Water or juice? Morning or evening? Other supplements to avoid taking at the same time, ie: calcium, iron, etc.

Or is it simply a waste of time and money?

Thanks!

Di

It is alot of B vitamins . and yes take with food. you need to find out the cause of your tinnitus. Medication , foods etc causes it. I will post a list. I took the lipf and it does work but you have to take a long time. will be back with the list. Roz
