 I am new and need some information. I fell out of a chair at work onto my shoulder. I am having shoulder, neck and back pains... no drugs have been able to help the pain or the spasams in my shoulder. My doctor wants to give me Botox shots.  Has anyone heard of that procedure and what were the effects. I know that Botox is somewhat new and I don't know the contraindicators behind that. Today is Thursday and I will see my physician on Monday to discuss the shots so I need to make up my mind. I thought I had and would have the shots but I am Afraid! AFRAID!!!
