I am using a visor type, one you wear that is portable.
And you do need B6 for synthesis of serotonin. Right now I am using a B-100 I buy from Puritan's Pride. But it is rather strong for me, so I don't take it every day. About 3 times a week. I agree that the Apollo light looked good too, but the visor fit in with my lifestyle better. You can read about it at www.feelbrightlight.com The Apollo website has some good information on it too. One has to be careful with light therapy.... you can get hypomanic or manic on it if you have undiagonosed bipolar disorder. But in general it is much much gentler than drugs, IMO. Yes, I did see your drug list. A drug list of that type is impossible to comment on. People often need specific interventions for pain, and dosage adjustments all the time, and ancillary drugs as well. Just listing all the opiates out there, is not a way of finding answers.
