Question question on light machine Mrs. D &Vit B

Mrs. D and anyone else who know about light machines................
I have researched a bit about the machines a long time ago and it appeared the Appolo was the best at that time. Then recently (can't find the article) I read about some type of new machine that emits a different colors (blue - I think) and has been found to be much better.(not made by apollo)

Any way - I was just wondering - Mrs. D. which one you purchased since it seems to help your pain. Also which Vit B do you think is the best? I do see a naturpathic Dr. who recommens and sells most supplements. However, I have much difficult swallowing large pills and can't use his supplements all the time.
By the way - Mrs. D did you see my post on this forum listing a variety of drugs I found on the internet to help pain. Different people mentioned they were taking them. I won't repeat myself here re: my condition as I have already posted about my FM, RSD and severe constant pain.
Thanks,
Sydney

Lightbulb re: light therapy....

I am using a visor type, one you wear that is portable.

And you do need B6 for synthesis of serotonin.
Right now I am using a B-100 I buy from Puritan's Pride. But it is rather
strong for me, so I don't take it every day. About 3 times a week.

I agree that the Apollo light looked good too, but the visor fit in with my
lifestyle better.

You can read about it at www.feelbrightlight.com
The Apollo website has some good information on it too.
One has to be careful with light therapy.... you can get hypomanic or manic on it if you have undiagonosed bipolar disorder. But in general it is much much gentler than drugs, IMO.

Yes, I did see your drug list. A drug list of that type is impossible to comment on. People often need specific interventions for pain, and dosage adjustments all the time, and ancillary drugs as well. Just listing all the opiates out there, is
not a way of finding answers.
