I was doing some research for a friend on treatments for Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS) and came across mention of a prodrug called Gabapentin Enacarbil. Reading about it got me to if it might be superior to gabapentin in alleviating symptoms of Peripheral Neuropathy as well. This would be an off-label use, but IIRC, it is for gabapentin.
Thoughts/experiences? Doc
