Default Question for Mrs. D.

Mrs. D., could you recommend a good Calcium supplement that contains Citrate ONLY, D and Magnesium. I am looking for something that is higher in Calcium Citrate and D than what I normally take. Also, is liquid better than a tablet? Or rather, easier on the stomach. Thank you!

There are just so many products out there. It has been my experience that it is difficult to find what you want in a mixture.

I'd Google your keywords. There are some suggestions on the magnesium thread here on the Vitamin forum.

Some very expensive brands that doctors and/or chiros use,
may have what you want.

Most people need various combinations of what you list and a fixed tablet dose would not be flexible for that. For example using high dose D which most people need, will not be in a mixture. If you use a high dose D, you need to lower your calcium intake. So trying for all in one, is not really feasible for many.
