I just read up on the ultram...
I can't take any natural meds for depression. So glad i read this! I used to be quite educated about natural remedies.... I think my brain is taking an extended vacation

Melatonin didnt do much for me either....it also gave me nightmares, or thats what i was told caused them. LOL.

My little brother used to take Melatonin for sleep,and it worked for him.But then he got hooked on Oxy-Contins,and now whatever he can get his hands on,and gets drunk with the pills,and just passes out!
 I think he should drop the rest,and get back to the Melatonin,but I know it's easier said than done.
