I can't take any natural meds for depression.
So glad i read this!

I used to be quite educated about natural remedies....
I think my brain is taking an extended vacation

Note My little bro.used to take Melatonin for sleep..............

My little brother used to take Melatonin for sleep, and it worked for him.But then he got hooked on Oxy-Contins,and now whatever he can get his hands on,and gets drunk with the pills, and just passes out!

I think he should drop the rest, and get back to the Melatonin, but I know it's easier said than done.
