Question stochastic resonance stimulator

Currently, I have a vestibular disorder that affects my postural stance, balance, and general cognition. Research indicates that stochastic vestibular stimulation has the potential to improve my symptoms. However, a stimulator ready to deliver stochastic resonance stimulation is not available on the market. The medical literature indicates that certain available stimulators can receive stochastic resonance programs designed on certain software, thus creating a homemade version of the stimulator. Does anyone have any idea about what type of stimulator and software combo could create a stochastic resonance stimulator?
