Hello, I'm new to this site so I don't know how to get to what I need yet, so I was hoping that some people would give me some advice.
I suffer from soft tissue nerve damage in the upper middle of my spine, it's been almost 7yrs. since I hurt myself by hyper extending my spine in a tucked position from about 10ft. up. I use a 50mcg/h fentanyl patch as well as a host of other drugs to keep me sane. I was wondering if anyone knows of any research or trials with human growth hormone for the treatment of chronic pain from soft tissue damage. My GP won't monitor me while I take it unless I can come up with some sort of credible proof that it helps with the pain.. At this point in the game I'm extremely open to ideas on how to heal my body and mind without the use of opiates. The side effects of these drugs are almost as bad as the pain, almost but not quite. If anyone has had success with something or knows of someone how has, I would really appreciate a helping hand right now! Thanks for listening! R ![]() |
