I want to share my experience with apple cider vinegar (ACV). I have had psoriasis for the past 20 years. It was never extreme but I would have breakouts on my elbows, back of hands, and knees every year about this time (June). The lesions would last for about 3-4 months.
My daughter for the past couple of years developed a rash which would come and go. The doctors thought it was an allergy to peanuts, and put her on Zyrtec. She was taking the zyrtec about every other day. The rash would show up on different parts of her body, and be very itchy. She is into organic and clean eating (no processed foods). She came across a book titled, "Apple Cider Vinegar" by Paul C. Bragg. About 3 months ago she started taking their organic, raw, unfiltered ACV daily, mixed with water and honey. Since starting on the ACV she has not had any kind of rash at all. I started the ACV about a month ago when I saw the beginning of the psoriasis that I get every year at this time. I kid you not.......the red spots on my hands disappeared within a few weeks. They never developed into the itchy white patches of psoriasis. I never realized how many health benefits there are in vinegar. Their website is very interesting and enlightening on the thereputic effect of daily vinegar ingestion. http://bragg.com/products/bragg-orga...r-vinegar.html
