Default Going from 22 to 44mcg on Rebif

I was DXed with MS on April 4th, and I've been on Rebif for almost a month now. This Friday I will be going on the full dose of Rebif of 44 mcg. Is there anything I should be worried about since I'm now going to the full dose, or anything to be prepared for?

How are you feeling on the full dose of Rebif?

I couldn't handle the side effects, so my MS Specialist put me back on 22 mcg.

I am severely underweight.
