Default ketamine treatment need HELP finding

Hey all, I was wondering if anyone knew of a registry or some type of method to find doctors treating depression/anxiety with ketamine. I'm in North Carolina so one there would be preferable.

I'm in pretty desperation mode with both depression and anxiety and I've seen the promise in the drug and related drugs for several years now and it's really frustrating I haven't been able to try it yet. Clinical trials are probably out for me and are just short term anyway.

thanks for any help!
