Default low blood pressure

I'm currently Taking four medications for my high blood presses, a couple of months ago I fell into my son's bedroom door due to bending over and getting very light headed. It has just gotten since it started, my PCP is having me take my B/P when I get up in the morning and an hour after taking my B/P morning meds. So far when I go from my laying down B/P yesterday morning at 125/70 to standing B/P of 85/54 waiting five minutes apart. I got very dizzy. This light headedness and being dizzy goes on all day. Even at 2155 my B/P was 100/48 after getting up out of bed. Any suggestions on this issue? I do know my PCP wants me to do these checks for a week so he can see what's going on and make medication changes.
