I cannot find "Oramorph" on the FDA website by name or generic.
But I do find many UK hits on Google. So it is possible that the FDA has not approved this manufacturer.

Yes, they are the same thing in oral, liquid form. Morphine Sulphate is the active ingredient in oramorph.
