Unhappy help with lyrica withdrawl siezure information

I had a massive hemorrhagic stroke 6years ago. started having grandma about2 years there after. was prescribed lyrica on top of 2siezure medication to get them under control.It has worked for the past 2 years.now I must get off the stuff.turned into paranoid-fanatic,about to loose the love of my life.going to Dr. in 2weeks. it has been about 9 months to see her.maternity leave. Dr. who took her patients.said he could not change any meds I'm on.How STUPID is that... feeling completely hopeless. I am currently on 900mg day.trying to get to 600.then 300 to 200.so sick.don't mind not eating.gained 30lbs on it.neurologist rehab Dr.tells me to lose20 my knees can't take the weight for my paralysis recovery.What?keep taking this drug to control brain from whacking out.feels like a lose lose situation.I could go on $on complaining.
