Default How do I get off this drug Lyrica ?

Hi Everyone, compared to most people I'm now down to a low dose anyway, 75mg. However I am still getting horrendous side effects / withdrawal ? Serious muscle spasm all over but particularly neck and head, scalp and face . I feel a hundred years old.I'm having to walk with a stick as all my joints now hurt and did not before. I get Tinnitus which I know is muscles and sinus infections one after another. Tried coming off quicker but my neuropathic pain came back worse than before so back on it. My Doc ,I sense, is at a loss and just keeps on saying take the pills and tries to assign the side effects to something else. For example I did suffer from anxiety in 1980 so the feeling I have now must be because I had it all those years ago.

Will appreciate any comments

Regards

Nick

Nick I also am coming off lyrica last dose 50mgx2 on Monday. Withdrawal is very intense as I've discovered. Check out the threads on lyrica withdrawal. And I wish you the best of luck. Curiously did anyone warn you of withdrawal from this? nothing was mentioned to me. Started gabapentin at a low dose Tuesday which I think is making my withdrawal not absolutely, totally, entirely horrendous!
