Question Lyrica and joint pain/stiffness...

Hi all,

I have been on Lyrica, 300 mg (after a horrible run on Gabapentin) for over a month now for CRPS in my right ankle. Since I have been on it, I have had joint stiffness and pain to all my old sports related joint injuries that I typically do not have.

In everyone's experience with CRPS and or Lyrica, could this be either the CRPS or the Lyrica or both?

Even though I remain as active as I can, the stiffness/pain is there always. Even after a soak in a warm bath with epsom salts, walking around ( with my walker) outside in the heat as tolerated, physical therapy, stretching, relaxing...

Any and all thoughts and suggestions are welcome! Have yoga videos as well as Qi-gong...still stiff.

Any herbal or natural supplements help out?

Thank you for your time!!!

Terri
