Default Lyrica . A withdrawal question

Hi , Been struggling with this for sometime . It's been hell. Anyway been tapering down for months and decided to jump off deep end today and stop . Been feeling flu like . Lot's of head pressure sinus problems and seems to have triggered allergic rhinitis which I did not have for years . Anyone recognise this? Still having muscles stiffness and joints particularly neck and thoracic region.

Thanks

Nick
