Default GABA SUPPLEMENTS . What do you think?

Hi Everyone , been off Lyrica 2/3weeks and it's Hell. Does anyone know about Gaba supplements ? Are they safe , do they work ?

The brand called PharmaGaba works.

Other oral forms do no cross the blood brain
Barrier reliably or at all.

It is not as strong as benzodiazepines
But it works for anxiety.
I can't say for sure it would work the

I urge you to look up on-line the manual for benzodiazepine withdrawal written by Prof. Heather Ashton, one of the world's leading experts and literally the person who wrote the manual on the problem, as she started the first medically supervised withdrawal clinic. This is a complicated and hellish process (I'm going through something like it) and she says that supplements like GABA/herbal remedies do not help and may make the situation worse. Education in this regard is your first defense.
