I've known the value of Sodium Bicarb but a friend brought this link to my attention as her new chiro says he thinks she is too acidic and could be the reason she gets sick so much, she deals with chronic fatigue/malaise and it doesn't take much for her to "crash" and get sick. So she's working with this sodium bicarb and see how it goes. This particular baking soda does NOT raise blood pressure.
I buy Red Mill Baking Soda and use it in my coffee grounds and think I'll start taking 1/4 tsp in distilled water before bed now. This is good information and want to share it here. One can add B.S. to foods that are acidic to neutralize the foods. Not a lot but small doses. I know if I get a little off with my stomach, I'll take some B.S. in some water and all is good again. I believe we are all too acidic and medications can make us more acidic. If one doesn't want to work with B.S., lemons or limes work good to alkalize too. Good read and I've known too of the cancer end of working with B.S. https://ybertaud9.wordpress.com/2012...orks-miracles/ |
