I have used Apple Cider Vinegar off and on for years, I bought Bragg's book in 2002 to help with arthritis condition. My neighbor and I are using it now for digestive issues. She has a lot of issues and tried SO MUCH over the years I know her. But not ACV, but now she is working with it. Here is a good link on how ACV can help our digestion. There are many more information links. As we know, almost everyone has something to say about everything.

I use only organic ACV. Drink a little water after I chug it down. Usually not more than 1 tsp before a meal ..
