weaning off the Xanax
It will be four weeks on the 24th My goodness The pain of withdrawals The pits Today I have a healthier stronger mind which helps me in a huge way It will take a long time This much I very well know Yet I did it having three 1mg in a day down to two I have been on two 1mg for about two or three years now And have begun the weaning process again with half the dose in the morning Just amazed at how some elderly who have no clue what could happen and not even know their brain is hooked on it I always hated the risidule And I do not use HATE in my everyday vocabulary I need the cold air on my face It is one thing what is already going on with my hands and feet add to that the disgusting clammy hands and feet and then the anxiety that wants to take over I have till two o'clock before I will take my second dose Until then I lay down as my heart starts to palpate And concentrate on my breathing That is a big deal in just everyday stuff You get my drift Try and stay conscious with what's going on I have my BP cuff at arms length My daughter is here Most importantly Upon my visit to my pain specialist He is now dispensing my script and is aware I am attempting to get off of the drug completely So lets see how all this will go ONE DAY AT A TIME I have to remain at absolute calm an hour before the two o'clock dose Breath I must But a conscious kind of breathing I will stop now and concentrate on me right now Me
