Default Red Light Laser Therapy

I've been doing a lot of research for my general arthritis issues and specifically my knee. Finding info about doing self acupuncture and one friend on a health group brought the red laser therapy to me. I'm doing my research and there are affordable red light lasers on amazon. She pointed me to a couple she knows about. Here is a link that talks about WHAT red light laser therapy can do.

As always do your own work, I know you all do, but worth repeating.

I'm doing all I can to keep walking and NO surgeries.
