Had my 3rd session and I definitely walk out more stable than when I walked into the D.O's
office. Her work is getting my hips more balanced out. So walking is better. Sleeping gets me all messed up but I know I'm in this work for some time to come.

My grandson had a good first session and the D.O. talked to him about nutrition and being more aware of too much sugar intake. I know about all that sugar as a kid.
