This is a hot subject on another health group and thought I'd post it FYI.
Common anticholinergic drugs like Benadryl linked to increased dementia risk - Harvard Health Blog - Harvard Health Publications Benzodiazepine use may raise risk of Alzheimer's disease - Harvard Health Blog - Harvard Health Publications I've never taken Benadryl but was taking Lorazepam 1/2mg at a point and when I was informed of the Alz connection, I ran from it. There are many alternatives for these two drugs, just have to find them and work with them. |

Thank you for your post/experience. Could you please tell me how/when you took the grape seed extract? Is it a liquid or pill form?
Thank you! Momoftwobeauties |

I use 200mg Capsules and most days take 2. You can find them everywhere. I buy mostly from iherb and pipingrock has a pretty good grape seed extract . I also like Olympian Labs grape seed extract...You can try 100mg a couple times a day to start out. If you take a blood thinner drug, can't take both. Let me know how it goes if you start with grape seed EX. Make sure you get the extract. C
