I don't have coughs, but I know many do. I use Vicks for arthritic feet and for pain in my feet in general, believe the feet pain mostly is due to hip job and worst foot is right hip side. Nerve damage issue. Every time I've used Vicks for sleep with socks, I find I sleep 100% better. Happened last night after NOT using Vicks for some time.
I've used Vicks off and on for a few years now and I have posts in the Arthritis section and added my comments to a thread on the PN group. I'll have to send this to my daughter as her son just got over a long cough. I'm SURE she doesn't know about the history of Vicks. http://www.peoplespharmacy.com/2013/...of-your-shoes/ It's so exciting to find new and good healing supports. Especially stuff that's been around forever. |

Maybe time to mention Vicks again. I still use it for OA feet, smear on my lips when I go to sleep, and rub in arthritic knees with my other stuff. It's a great analgesic.
Why not Vicks for neuropathy issues too? Vicks Vapor Rub and Neuropathy |
