Default Notalgia Paresthetica

Hi - does anyone have suggestions for treatment for Notalgia Paresthetica? I've had it for years, but it was usually mild and flared up when I had been sitting too long at the computer with poor posture. For the last six months, it's gotten worse and the pain is much worse than the itch.

MRI and Xrays show moderate arthritis so there's nothing going on there. I've been going to physical therapy for the last three months and a chiropractor before that and it really hasn't addressed the issue. From what I've read, I understand that a pinched nerve is the underlying problem with NP.

Any feedback on helpful treatment is much appreciated!
