There is some other info around here on DHEA but this will be a reminder of how our DHEA declines with aging. It's important for vital good health and talk to your doc, most allopathic MD's will give a blank stare, but do it anyway. Or see an integrative MD for his/her guidance. I first heard about DHEA when I was about 60 and at 81 still take it almost daily now...some weeks every other day, I've been taking it a lot of years. It's otc and very affordable and especially for what it does.
