Default EFT - aka Tapping

I've been doing this work, it's actually pleasure for some years. I saw a guru once on tv and went from there. I learned all I do from Brad Yates videos. Here is just one.

New Mastermind starts July 1st! Tapping with Brad Yates - YouTube

I do it every morning with my stretching routine and gets me going for the day and I believe it's helped make my life smoother...going to be 83 soon and live with damage from OA and joint replacement damage to my body.

Do some reading on EFT work and how it could help so many of you.

For starters it gets the blood flowing from not moving much after a night of sleep.

And I believe too it's played a big part in going thru all the covid disaster we've been thru and continue.

I may have posted this Tapping work here earlier, but I can't find it.
