Bringing this up again, I read some here who struggle so much with anxiety and depression and to get into Tapping COULD BE a good support for them. It's free and easy and I can't imagine starting my day without doing my Tapping.

I've learned from Brad Yates videos and didn't cost me a penny, just a desire to feel better. Peace Out folks and try some other protocols.
