seizure drugs.
There is not much evidence on the new drugs today yet. Meclizine may be a bit drying and contribute. Zantac chronic use can decrease your absorption of nutrients from the stomach. B12, folic acid, calcium, iron and zinc. Zinc is needed for healing. Chronic sinus can be from many things, including a fungal infection that results finally from too many antibiotics. Only cultures will show this. If you diet is low in essential fatty acids, your membranes are not formed well, and can have small fissures/cracks that admit bacteria. So making sure you have enough Omega-3s in the diet help prevent sinus infections. A good ENT may be able to scope you and check out the status of your membranes, look for blockages etc. There is a patient who claimed severe sinus effects from Lamictal: http://www.askapatient.com/viewratin...=LAMICTAL%20CD Sinus is often reported with drugs...because it is so common it is hard to pin point the actual cause/effect...sort of like with headache side effects. They are reported commonly too.
