Why do you want to use Benadryl?
Zanaflex is pretty sedating for most people.

I needed the zanaflex for muscle spasms and the benadryl for my sinus.
I ended up waiting about 4 hours and then taking the benadryl. I waited until I was extremely miserable from sinus pressure. Couldn't stand it anymore, then got up and took the benadryl. I slept good I'm a bit dizzy headed this morning but that could just be from my sinus's. DAY |

I don't know of any absolute conflict except for increased sedative potential.
But Benadryl is not a great thing for sinus...it is very drying, and can lead to more problems in the long run. What really works better are moisturizing drugs like Mucinex. If you use the Mucinex tablets during the day, then by night time the congestion should be less. This is a quote from a drug checker: Quote:

When in doubt call a pharmacist. They are really good about answering these questions. I have done this on several occassions. They are very knowledgable and are honest about what can be mingled. If you can't take benadryl they will make a suggestion.
