Resolve to be tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving, and tolerant with the weak and the wrong. Sometime in your life you will have been all of these.

We all need to be cautious when we take any meds - one at a time, or more than one. We need to tell each doc what other meds we take and why. That is our job, he is a doc, not a psychic.

But that aside, I'm sickened by the public's comments. Shows you how ignorant people can be.

They wish to ignore that A) these were legitimately RXd meds, not *street drugs*, and continue to call the guy a drug addict, as if he deserved this fate.

B) they refuse to understand that he may not have even taken all these meds within days of each other - they can stay in the system to be found via autopsy for weeks, months.

C) They have no idea what health issues he may have had that he required these meds, nor is it their business just because he made a few movies and happened to pass away. It's not like he did that (die) for attention. Hmph.

I'd love to see the skeletons in those annonymous loud mouths's closets. Are they so perfect they have some right to cast judgement? Let the poor man RIP, for Heaven's sake.

Okay, end rant.

Whew, I feel better.
