Angry Alprazom addiction

One of my close relative is addiction of alprazom, is there any one can help me..? We did all means to help him, to avoid this drug abuse..includes nontox..rehab..etc....

I need helpppp...!

Lightbulb This is a very difficult thing...

It can take MONTHS to get someone off benzos.

That needs medical intervention and supervision. I don't think there is
much that folks here can do to help.

I think contacting a therapist or counselor is one thing you can do so you can learn
behaviors that will support your relative.

Listen,its not going to be easy,slowly come off this drug. I was on 2mg Atavan for 3 years for Anxiety,coming off that tiny pill was hell,but I sweated it and did it. Go easy,less and less week after week,God Bless and stay active and get your mind on happy thoughts,it will be tough,I did it and quit smoking,they were equally as hard...
