Default Potency?

I have been on Morphine for years.

I was originally on Fentanyl, but threw up hard enough to break all the blood vessels in my face and bruised the roof of my mouth.

Twice.

Then I was on Morphine with Demerol for BT pain. But the Demerol is hard on our .... liver? Kidneys? I forget.

Now, for BT pain I use 15mg of Oxycodone.

Anyone remember the equivalent strengths of Demerol vs Oxycodone? 30mg of Demerol vs 30mg of Oxycodone.

Lightbulb conversion chart:

Here is one conversion chart:

Oral demerol is not recommended anymore. It has toxic side effects and
can cause seizures. They still use injection for acute things however, in hospitals.

Thanks. I am off the Demerol, just had some left over and have not figured out where to "dump" it. Just a few. I may just give them to the Pain Med doctor as toxic waste. Same with the Lollipops. I do NOT want to keep those type of meds around the house. Too many nuts will rob you for them.

I will check that website out. I found another one, but it didn't really help. Thanks again, Dave
