The FDA sent a warning letter to my best friend's mother. The letter was opened 5 days after she died from kidney and heart failure. She was a diabetic and taking digitalis for heart problems caused from the diabetes. She was on dialysis. Dialysis doesn't work very well at getting meds out of the system. They were unable to get her blood pressure up and gave her the diagitalis for this. It of course dropped it to low.

My favorite aunt is now in the hospital. During a wedding in which her great neice was getting married, she wallked into the sanctuary which was ice cold to keep the flowers as fresh as possible. When she did, her body didn't adjust and her blood pressure dropped her to the floor comatose. My cousin is A cardiac rehab nurse and was able to start CPR immediately and in 9 minutes brought her back. She has since been hospitalized and the doctor was smart enough to pinpoint the digitalis problem. Took her off it and isn't putting her back on it or anything until the digitalis clears her system.

So it loooks like one bullet got two people I know. I wonder how many more time bombs are out there.
