Default Methylpred

Anybody know how long Methylpred stays in your system after your last tapered dose?

I've been taking it after my sinus surgery and I've been really dizzy (twice as dizzy as before the surgery ). In my obstinate attempt at positivity, I have adopted the theory that it was the codeine and the methylpred that was causing me to be so dizzy, meaning it will go away once they are out of my system. I am off the codeine since Sunday afternoon, muscling through on regular tylenol . I took my last methylpred yesterday morning and hoped I'd feel less dizzy but no such luck yet. Just wondering if anyone else had any experience with this?
