Thanks for your replies. I'm looking in to your ideas.

For those who don't know my husband of 20 years is moving to our (daylight) basement and we will probably be getting a divorce within the next six years. We are going to try to live in the same house until our youngest child graduates from high school. Emotionally I am a wreck but I still need to function. No easy task.

I don't really think I need something for my mood as that is pretty even. Being able to think clearly, remember things correctly, and energy to function are my concerns. I wondered about it a little before the divorce bomb dropped a few days ago but now they seem much worse. Maybe the looming divorce is simply playing tricks on me.

I'm not taking any meds, vitamins, or herbs. I should be taking a multi vit. since I am gluten sensitive but I haven't gotten in that habit yet. I have been gluten free for 1.5 years now. Thanks for your help.
