Help ?? Hydrocodone-APAP (10-325mg.) and Naproxen (Aleve)

[SIZE="4"] Waiting for the Pharmacy to call me back so thought I would ask the same question here 2 find out what you all know concerning the safety of taking both at the same time 4 Arthritis pain? (My Mom has Osteoarthritis and RA, plus other Auto-immune diseases! She hasn't been told she has MS thank gosh!!!)

I have problems with swallowing, especially when I am tired!

I am in extreme PAIN!! The pain passes the 1-10 Scale. Really need some help so I can deal wit the pain!

PLZ, Help me if U can!
