Default Is Neurontin a pain medicine?
Hello everyone. I ask this because I was recently denied SSDI and one of the reasons was that I do not take any pain medicine. I take 4800mg of Gabapentin which is also Neurontin FOR PAIN. I don't know how they can say this. It was my understanding that even though it is an anti-seizure medicine it is also widely prescribed for pain. Should I go to pain management again and get on some addicting narcotic. I've tried those Lidocain patches but all they did was burn. Any ideas/ Thank You
