So I have started selling things on ebay, and it is finally starting to turn a profit. The question is, how do I report this for income? You see before when I did this as a business, it was all cash sales, mostly parties and instead fo filing for a tax id number and all of that iwould just report it at the end of the year as misc income. But I would like to keep my business income and expenses separate from my personal income and expenses.

The easiest way Leggz is to file a Schedule C with your tax return. Then you can report your income and also deduct your expenses. If you need any help PM me and I can help you with this
