Default lumps on testicles

I have a lump on the lower of each testicle. Is this normal? I had a vasectomy 13 years ago. Sometimes I have some pain, but randomly.

No, testicular lumps are not normal, but they are common.

The reasons for them range from benign areas of fatty tissues through to tumors.

With your history of vasectomy, and because the lumps are bilateral, it's highly possible these lumps are small areas of scar tissue ........ BUT........ they might not be!

Please make an appointment to see your doctor as soon as possible. It's very important you get them checked poste haste, because if they did happen to be of the nasty variety, the sooner treatment commences, the better the outcome.

Please make that appointment, and come back and let us know how you got on.

Are they new? If so, get your doctor to examine them.
If always there, it's probably just the internal plumbing which is a bit lumpy.
It is recommended that you do a lump check every week to pick up any changes.

I've just joined this site because of the severe testicular tingling I have and I saw your posting. I've become a bit of an expert on that region of the body over the past 13 years since the tingling began. I have the same thing you describe and I've been told by doctors that its harmless cysts on the epididymis. In case you're not familiar, the epididymis is the chord that delivers sperm from the testicles through the body and out the penis (Or something to that effect). It may look like a big blue vein. . The lumps I have (which are not always present) are about the size of a pea and are on the lower left and lower right of each respective testicle.

That being said, you should probably see a doctor.
