HI,I was wondering what may be the best supplements for night vision.
I am 72yrs. old,type2 diabetic, insulin resistant, little over weight. My DR. said that taking insulin will increase my weight, kinda like a dog chasing his tail the more you take the more you need because of weight increase.thank you |

You may want to see an opthamogist rather then trying Vitamins. Diabetes can cause eye-related problems. There are things (like Macular Edema, Uvietus (sp?) )to rule out as they can be age-related, vascular and/or diabetic and can affect night vision, color vision and detail vision. I suggest you see a doctor. Auto-immune stuff needs to be considered. They are looking at Diabetes suspecting it may be auto-immune - an interesting theory.
