Default Sqeaking sound when awakened 3 to 4 AM

I have recently started hearing a squeaking sound like leather shoes. I hear it when I wake up and get up at 3 or 4 AM. It is irregular and goes away after I stand up for a minute or two. I was able to synthesize it and the attached is almot exacly what I hear, you have to repeat it over and over.

It is zipped to send, but copy zip to desktop, unzip and play on Windows media player
* edit*
My neck muscles are also tight when I first wake up -

I do not hear the sound at any other time.

You can upload the sound recording to youtube and it would be simpler & less risky for readers. Then you can link to it when linking if allowed per membership status..
