Chat Male genital dysaesthesia "Help"

Hi all, brand new here on this site, I live on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland . Australia, I have a condition called Male genital dysaesthesia, which in my case is caused by nerves being compressed in the genital area due to a bulging disc in L5S1 spine area. My condition is causing sciatica pain left side, numbness in my left buttock cheek and worst of all a constant burning / pinching feeling in my scrotum ( testical sack ) with occasional sharp nerve pains in the testicles. I have just started taking pregabalin "Lyrica" that is, a 25mg dosage at night before bed, but it doesn't seem to make a lot of difference. I would like to know if anyone else on here has this same condition and have they had any success in relieving the problem, or maybe any support groups here in Australia, hope you can help, cheers for now. Thanks for any replies.
Regards James

interesting you post this. I never though much about my L5 S1 nerve issues affecting erections. Although I can still get them they are not strong as before or duration. I never coorelated my back issues to that but now I am wondering
