Fellow Sufferers,
Amazingly enough, I found relief from a hand-held percussion massager that I was using for my back. The one I just purchased (because my old one died) is Homedics PA-5H, but I'm sure there are others out there that would work. I'm amazed at how many are suffering from this and are having to try meds/operations to help. I just wanted to share what has helped me. Now I can get a full night's sleep. Margaret |

Massage, where? Is not the MP a nerve in the groin area. Does the massage of the irritated nerves on side of thigh help? How about TENS unit? GAM 1211 |
