Default Help!! Can I wear my wedding dress with MP?

Hi there!!
I need help!!! I've read that meralgia parestetica can be caused by tight garments such as corsets, jeans and belts. I'm getting married in a few month and I've already found a great wedding dress:
http://www.baur.de/is-bin/INTERSHOP....ticleNo=379596
But this wedding dress has a corset. It is a very short corset, not one that pressures on the groin area... Can I wear this dress?? I mean if there's no pressure in the groin area, what can happen? The corset doesn't even cover my belly button, its a really small one...
Please help me... I'd love to take this dress, I have it already at home and don't know if I can return it....:-(
Thank you a lot in advance!!!!!
