My husband had the surgery and he was so bad that he could not wear pants that touched his skin and the sheet on the bed or the lightest touch caused him severe pain. He could not work for over 4 months, he took many pills and had a never block the the femeral nerve and the only thing was the surgery that gave him relief. Do not give up and do not take no for an answer, get a great doctor like we did and they will help you..
