Any suggestions for foot cramps brought on by walking?

If and when you get the chance, try soaking in a foot (or regular) bath of epsom salts. I had severe all over body cramping today and just got out of an epsom salt bath and amazed at how much better I feel. Top that with a foot massage and you should be smiling!
