First thanks for sharing your concern ...
I am 30 years old female and from last 2 weeks , I am facing severe headache, memory loss, fatigue and at times feel shocks in hands and legs.

Today I got my B12 report and the levels have dropped further to 224 pg/ml and increased MCV and RBC counts.
Hb quotient is also on the lower side - 9.5.

I checked with my doctor ( Neurolosit) and he was not sure what can cause the Myroclonic jerks which I feel quite often.
My hands start jerking momentarily and feel shocks in upper part of the body.

I also feel uneasiness .

Any ideas will really help..

Please help!!!

memory loss
I too have the memory lapses, short term memory issues.
My Neuro told me not to drive unless it is close to home and I know where I am going.
I have had some issues in the last few months getting forgetting how to get to locations that i should know where they are. that is scary.

I have the hand tremmors, my hands go numb and tingly at night.

My sister has some of the symptoms that I have they diagnosed her with MSA Multiple Systems Atrophy which is a form of potts disease.

Smile myoclonus medication you might try keppra.

you might try keppra this has helped quite a bit with my myoclonus.
I have been told myoclonus is rare. I have the positional tremors. do you know how or where your myoclonus came from of is it from the epileptsy?

But this myoclonus is a real pain. and it is affecting my whole body, arms, legs, torso, neck and head; even my hands and fingers. For instance my fingers will hit buttons twice or my wrist will jerk and come down hard on the keyboard.

I take Tegretol, Neurontin, tiniest dose of xanax (for anxiety & panic disorder)

I was wondering if I increased the neurontin and xanax (through my GP of course not on my own decision), if it would have any effect?

Any help is appreciated,

Cheers,
